Hey boys, I'm no expert but I've been on tour a couple times now and just wanted to share a couple words of advice. Socks, bring lots of socks. Baby wipes are your friend but shower whenever possible. Partying hard after the show is fun, but playing a show hungover is not. Bring easy healthy food that you can eat on the road. Take it easy on the grease, you don't want stomach issues that far away from home. Obviously treat the venue staff and sound crew well(goes without saying).
